for lifelong cure, search the cause of the problem.
I strongly suggest you test him for Mercury and parasites, although the latter is difficult.He may also have both of them, as mercury enhances parasitic infestation.
In the meantime you can start him on Miracle-Mineral-Supplement or Zapper to eliminate his parasitic load.
