from everything that I have read you need to do the kidney and parasite cleanse otherwise when you go to do the liver it can get clogged with parasites. That was what one of the sites said. In my case I had something that was with my kidneys last year and was peeing blood. They thought it was stones, but came back neg. I think they were wrong and I have been researching things since. After I had a deep tissue massage that was it, I had to figure a way to detox my system.

I am going to start the kidney and parasite cleanse after this weekend. I feel I need to get a good week with the Bowel Cleanse going. I have such rumblings in my stomach. I did an enema like someone had suggested also my first. Was not too bad, but am wondering if anyone has had mucousy jelly like stuff come out. If so what do they think this is.

I will keep everyone updated on my progress I hope to do my first Liver Flush within the next week. I am a little scared in case something gets stuck. I have no idea what is is my body.
