Re: liver flush while on a colon flush
Hi,
I did colon cleansing prior to my liver flush. When I was studying the process the only issues I read about were those related to not having a clean colon, and not following the
Liver-Flush procedure. Essentially if the toxins can't be passed through the system (colon), you can have some toxin reactions that seemed to be pretty un-nerving to me. So much so, that I had an enema ready.
As far as a kidney cleanse, I have not done one. IMO, unless you suspect or have kidney related issues, I don't think that is important. I suspect I actually have a kidney issue, because I have middle sections of my body protruding (primarily after I drink over a 100
oz of water). If I stop drinking water they go back to normal. After I complete my next
Liver-Flush I will start the Clark Kidney Flush process.
I did start a
parasite cleanse before the Liver Flush. In my case, I could have done the
Liver-Flush without the
parasite cleanse. I had no known symptoms of
parasites prior to starting it. I was just following H. Clark's process. I now know I do. I believe most of my
parasites are bacteria, related to some bad fillings in my teeth. Oil Pulling has dramatically reduced the impact of this. I just did my third weekly
parasite maintenance dose, and had no kill off symptoms this time. Today I did start
Iodine (start of a heavy metals detox), and will do another parasite maintenance the day before my next LF (at twice the dosage).
IMO, if you do not have parasite or kidney problem symptoms, you can do a LF. The only pre-requisite is having an open colon to pass the stones from your colon (and follow the instructions of the LF procedure you use).
Since this is your first liver flush, I would say use the Clark process. That is what I used. It worked great and cost practically nothing. I used fresh squeezed grapefruit with the
Epsom Salts and Olive Oil. I thought it tasted great (not quit like chicken, but I've paid more in a restaurant for worse). Whatever you use, don't take short cuts, and don't assume anything that isn't in the instructions. My flush two weeks ago went extremely well. Got lots of stuff out, and absolutely no discomfort. I will be doing my second flush this weekend.
The only other thing I would suggest is the week leading up to your LF is eat healthy (raw veggie's), and add apple cider vinegar to your water (1 tbl @ 32 oz). Also, drink a minimum of 1/2 your body weight in
oz of water. I have added a 1/4-tsp. of Himalayan Salt to my water this time. You want have to be a perfectionist. I had clams and laguna in a light garlic sauce tonight, and am finishing off a bottle of 2BuckChuck from Trader Joe's (all organic of course).
In my opinion, if you do not have indications of
parasites or kidney problems, a
Colon Cleanse is the only absolute pre-requisite to a LF.
Anyway, keep us posted. I'm very interested in hearing about other's LF's, the results, and any issues they run into. Also, if you have a digital camera, you can take pictures. I'm a history buff, and always appreciate the aspect of preserving significant historical moments for prosperity.
Good Luck. If you want to do it this weekend let me know. We can post a daily log.
