Re: liver flush while on a colon flush

thanks for the advice. I did my first enema today. Not bad. I had some great results. I had a lot of mucousy stuff though. is that normal? I had to evacuate and at one time that is all that came out. I have seen similar in my movements befor, but not quite like this. I am going to do another one tonight. I think that will help me sleep better.

I plan on waiting for a few more days into the cleanse to do the kidneys I hope to be able to do the liver within a few weeks. I just need to make sure I have plenty of time.
