Fatigue, and mental fog came on this day, none of the other things mentioned.

I had this reaction (black tongue) when I started fasting/cleansing after two years plus of Antibiotics and sleep meds for a chronic infectious/ecephilitis condition. It's been two years (almost) since I took myself off all the drugs, and I have done a series of cleanses, with herbal remedies/support and also take Kombucha tea and Kefir now for several months.

After another push with herbs recently, my lymph system and kidneys backed up, I began kidney cleanse herbs which stopped the low back pain as of a week ago and I am gently starting with the colon again and plan to work up from there.
To my mind, things were going well and then I had a sludge/back up of sorts.

This latest tongue reaction came only having added oil pulling, and chanca piedra to start to soften any remaining stones before I work up to another liver cleanse.
It could be from both I guess.

It's hard to say, but maybe the black tongue reaction means I still have old residue from all the drugs.. even tho I stopped them so long ago.
