Tongue turned black, old timers??

This is odd but interesting.

I only just started, and without changing anything else, my toungue is BLACK today.

This is what has happened after fasting for me, and I assume is a sign of the liver dumping?

One thing I have noticed since I started was the liver/GB have been making noises as tho they are secreting (like during a liver flush).

I guess this means I need more Liver Flushing too? Grrrrrr....
