I've done four liver flushes, my last was clean, but it was months ago..
so I'm sure I need to do more.

I don't think this is cosmetic..

at times when I have fasted, the exact same thing has happened..
it's a black coating that appears and doesn't really scrape off.
When you continue the fast, it slowly turns back to pink/healthy.

I know it's a sign of toxins clearing, just trying to figure out from where.
It's happening again today, but less.
I think it's interesting that pulling seems to be what encouraged it - I feel slight gurglings in the same region where you feel it on a flush.
-- if I did not have to see family today I may have started prep for a flush right away.
