Re: ongoing cold???

Wow, quite a diversity of opinion on this question. My nose ran for several days when starting out on Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and then that resolved. At this point my sinuses are clearer as well as now I have full breath capacity in my lungs. That should be the standard for judging whether the sympoms are herx'ing or an actual cold: the former should be brief, temporary, and after it abates, the health should be improved noticeably. The latter should basically mimic a normal cold and after it resolves, the health status will be unchanged. But not everyone experiences the same thing..
