I didn't infer anything! The only thing I *can* do with these headaches is to make light of them somehow -- fundamentally they are weather-related and so every time a low-pressure front moves in (which is about every other day in Virginia), kabam! Some degree of migraine occurs.
I really do have to reserve the cayenne use to times when I am truly beyond other help as it is SO painful and limiting in and of itself for a little while (i.e. I am as incapacitated when it comes to taking care of my kids for that 20-30 minutes the cayenne is kicking in as I am when I am merely throwing up or lying in the middle of the living-room floor with a big headache...
