Re: Being Right at the Expense of Being Happy

There is sooo much to what you say...in my experience nothing is ever really black and white and although a metaphysical approach makes a lot of scene...there is the ebb and flow of the ocean...the night and day, the yin and yang and the outer and inner reality...it must have been hard for the Jews in Auschwitz to remain happy with their reality. I do think that there is so much to the idea that we are in control that is empowering at the same time I think in its extreme it can be right wing and ignore that there are times when people are powerless.

I know what you mean though that you never really have the power to change another...for me that has been one of the most hardest lessons I have had to lean and this really resonates with me.

Not wanting to start a debate...just really interested in what you have written with loads of respect for it cos I know that you are an amazing person!
