Not sure if I have mentioned this anywhere before, but I had phenomenal success with my son when I put him on good quality, strong fish oils. His diet is not great and he's stubborn about eating healthily (but getting better), so I had to supplement that with some good multivitamins, calcium and magnesium. I reckon the fish oils made most of the difference though. He changed 100%, his school were dumbfounded. We had further improvement by eliminating all sources of cows milk from his diet (he had suffered asthma, very bad sinuses, foggy head and dark eye circles since he was a baby) - I never realised the connection until I started to be aware of nutrition and allergies etc. He can still be very stubborn with the junk food, it's very distressing - I don't feed him toxic crap myself but he is very close to others who do, who don't realise the harm and who think I go a bit too far with 'all the health stuff'. You just have to lead by example, and slowly, it begins to sink in.
