you REALLY don't want to hear any of the stories from my youth..
it's a miracle I am here today though alot of it still plagues my psyche.

A mothers love is horribly strong and more influential the you think..if my mother just showed me that she cared more affectionately and verbally I might have been alot less promiscuous or a real hell raiser.

show your concern but don't baby him too much..because it may actually push him further to fight lol.

talk to him..it's alot more powerful then you think,still now,just talking to my mother every now and then makes a huge difference considering I have NEVER really talked to her before..

but yes,weapons or foul play (gang fight,group beatings) is a very real threat nowadays.I say it's a thing of the past (fistfights) because more often then not..alot of 'fights' nowadays involved guns and it's alot more easier access today.As a matter of fact I could get anything from an AK-47 to a 12 gauge shot gun within a phone call away..
