Do you know what vegetables? I'm interested in learning more.

I personally don't see nothing wrong with eating cooked food. George Burns(the famous actor) lived over 100 years and he ate cooked food.

As long as you don't eat pizza, pasta, cokes, cakes, potatoes, fried food, greasy hamburgers every single day for breakfast, lunch and dinner, then I don't see nothing wrong with it. Somebody can eat raw food for breakfast and lunch and snacks and then for dinner have a cooked meal. That would be considered a 75 percent raw diet.
