No one diet is perfect. Keep in mind that most people on a cooked food diet may not take supplelents but they are still far from healthy. That's why there's a cold and flu season. Even if you're on a varied cooked food diet you won't get all the vitamins, minerals, and amino acids that your body requires.

Everyone can benefit from supplements such as spirulina and chlorella, not just raw vegans.
