recently I have been using a herb for my kidneys Uva Ursi which has made my urine go a real dark almost orangy brown color after having some kidney pain I started using this but I haven't been using the urine so much after this herb as the taste is rather nasty. My kidneys are feel a lot better however and some of energy is coming back as I went through a long bike ride two days ago - ow I have a sore bum. Partly I wanted to help my lymph too.

I also have some rather sever lymphatic swelling in the lymph glands under my arms and towards my chest which is causing a bit of pain / discomfort especially if I press on them. I got my not sure why it's gotten so bad but its happened since I was on the liver flute herbs so perhaps they are being killed and the lymph is getting overloaded with the toxins from them.

I'm not really sure this is mostly speculation.
