Help:UT, fast and ACNE

HI guys,

I so hope someone has an idea what's going on...
I am not a regular Acne person, but it has popped in and out of my life. I have antideperssents about 7 days ago. I thought that one of the drugs os causing my blemishes. I have taken a lot of those suckers at there were times my face was fine, even on the drugs. BTW, I feel pritty good in terms of mood:))

Ok, so the day before my fast, I ate brokoli and grapefriut. Day two on my fast, I broke down and I had a grapefruit (it could have been much worst-like Mcdonalds:)) Right now, I am working on day 5 of the fast. I aslo do SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) alternating with water anemas and walk for about an hour a day outside and, of course, I drink my pee, which tastes surprisingly tasty, hehehe, very much like a lemonade:) plus I apply it to my face and chest where my blebishes are. BAsicly, the Acne was there before, but is not budjing! Very few new brakeouts...but I still have redness - not pritty. My helped my scalp - I had dandruf but after I wash with shampoo and then let my pee soak in for 5 min - Voiala! So it has helped me in some areas, but is this a healing crises or? I have no health problem besided that I have battlet ver very serious Depression - all ather aspects of my health, knock on wood, are peachy.

Thanks to all that have some insight,

Cheers,

P.S.
I am fasting until Friday - 1 more day. I am very tempted to use some face cream like my clyndamicin but I hope my own pee can do the trick.
