I was thinking I had liver flutes myself and that may still be a possibility. I have low energy and sluggish lymphatics too and of course the doctors cant pick it up. I have been on a Natropathic treatment for the Liver flutes although I'm not sure how effective it has been. Do you think you are on top of your liver flutes ? I have Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome also. Do you use the urine massages too ?

hardest thing for me is fasting it seems. 2 days being my longest ever in my life. I will succeed though. I know I have the ability and gumption to do so.
