I use a Vita-Mix to pulverize my lemons. That is how my friends in Wisconsin showed me.

It works great. It sounds like this is the Burrough's Way.

I'll bet I save on lemons this way.

I peel a lemon, toss it into Vita-Mix, add syrup and cayenne, and pulverize.
