Re: 2 differing experiences than the mainstream

I also can address the question of pulp, since I jumped into my initial MCing using the pulp. I really liked it but then suggestions came up that it might be affecting the digestion and so I tried it the other way. I have since had it both ways, and have found that depending on *where* I am in my cleanse, bodywise, some days I am more vulnerable to hunger and the extra pulp just does not feel liquidy enough. Other days I just prefer the clean strained taste and *texture* if we can call it that of the pulp-less lemonade. The book does not disallow pulp at all and even suggests it will exacerbate the detoxing, so perhaps that reaction is what is really stimulating the hunger.

My juicer is electric but just a simple Black & Decker which makes a nice pulpy juice which I generally love.

Dont have much experience with the candida...didnt you take triphala with your cleanse though?? Perhaps that helped with your overgrowth. It could be an individual reaction too since some people's yeast seems to be exacerbated by different things. I do better with sugars than I do with wheats for example.

blessings,
Zoe
