Re: Loss of tooth enamel with receding gums

i too am having some teeth problems and can't afford a non-amalgam dentist and refuse to get any more metal in my mouth. this is what i am doing - a super high minral diet. this includes plenty of black strap mollases, several differnt mineral, and trace mineral, supplements and some celtic Sea Salt , as well as seaweed and vegetable broth which has a high mineral content.

the bs mollases is actually a great food i am finding out. it is extremely high in minerals and it is carbon based which means the minerals are easily absorbed by your body. note - always get organic mollases, it tastes TEN TIMES better than non-organic mollases.

also this - when you take any minerals, do it on an empty stomach and take some kind of acid with it - like the juice from a lemon wedge or some apple cider vinegar or even some malic acid tablets - this chemcial reaction between the alkaline minerals and the acid is what makes the minerals bio available.

also swish your mouth with a baking soda and water solution after ingesting or drinking anything, this will keep your mouth alkaline and stop further tooth decay.

i can't say how this will help as i have onlky been doing it for a couple weeks, but overall i feel great since i started so i like it. also the barefoot herbalist sells a tooth powder based on dr. christophers formula, you might want ot check that out, i believe other places sell it as well.
