oleic sunflower oil is one.
best is sesame oil cold pressed (keep in fridge)
you take one tablespoon first thing in morning
before anything else.
Swish SLOWLY thru teeth and aound mouth for 3-4 minutes.
swish it under tongue and everywhere

spit it in toilet, it is highly toxic.
It should have turned a whitish gray milky color.
If it is still yellow redo the swishing.
This is an excellent way to detox pulling toxins

Using a toothpaste that has no flouride, and has XYLITOL added,
will aid greatly . Cloves are wonderful to rub lightly on
problem areas,and refresh breath as well. and stop pain.

I use a toothpaste put out by herbal vedic. it is an ayuvedic
formula I like the anise flavored one.
Has 26 herbalextracts with neem. it does not contain xylitol,
since I have xylitol here as small sweetener instead of sugar.
I rarely sweeten anything, but when I do I use the xylitol or stevia.
The toothpaste I buy is a bit pricey, but you only need a
small amt for the job. I like it.
