Re: Please help me fix my diet!
Well I was a little worried at first because I practically lived on bread and eggs.... for the most part, I could do without the rest in the list, but sandwiches and boiled eggs I would miss severely...
The cool thing, though, is I've started trying to follow this diet and I'm actually FULL! I was having to eat SO MUCH every day--- basically just because it wasn't true nourishment for my body, so my body just kept asking for more STUFF!
I've also been consulting a nutritionist and he's helping me create a diet that works for A+ blood types, but will also provided me with the energy and protein I need to accomplish my workout goals.
I TOTALLY agree with you, Judy g, about the lactose--- I'm feeling SO much better without it- but you mentioned goat cheese. I was actually wondering about that just last night.....why is this ok?
Oh--- and soy chocolate milk! ;) ;) That's my treat for myself for changing my diet! It makes it ALLL worthwhile! :)
