I would start slow. That way you don't feel like you are depriving yourself. Start with dairy(or anything, I'm just using it as an example)
Remove all dairy from your diet for 1 month. No milk, cheese, cottage cheese,pudding,anything with dairy in it. Just for one month. Se how you are feeling? Good I bet. Then try something else maybe red meat for a month. The secret to eating a diet like this is a 80%/20% diet. Eat your beneficial foods 80% of the time and avoid foods 20% of the time. You caqn and will change over to a full time diet but it might come slowly.
I was told to try to eat nothing but beneficial foods for one month, then the next month eat nothing but avoid foods and see how different you feel. Then you will see that this diet works!
If you start slow, it gives your body a chance to remove the toxins without starving you.
