Glad to hear Mirena is out!
Women would do better not to use things like Mirena. Frankly, I'd never have that thing in my body. Most likely you're experiencing considerable hormone fluctuations, both post-partum and post-Mirena. In time, they will balance out. There could be many reasons for the bloated and irritated feeling. An ovarian cyst should be easy enough to check for, although my hunch is that there are other reasons. Remember, your whole reproductive system has been through an awful lot. They don't call it labor for nothing!
And no one ever cries for no reason, you included. If you are having difficulties with caring for your child now, it might be a good time to get some additional help. And that would be for both of your sakes! All babies need lots of touch. Do some research; babies have actually died from lack of touch! And you need it too!!!

If you're up to it, perhaps you might consider a baby massage class. It may be very beneficial for both of you.
And please make sure to baby yourself, too!!!
BE WELL.
