If you have parasites then you will find Humaworm to be very effective IME.

Having tried the vita-klenz first time around, this helped me realise I definitely had parasites. The problem was, although I had a lot of wind and headaches, it didnt really get to the ones in my head too much.

When it came to round two I tried Humaworm. I must say, this absoloutely made my brain feel like it was being electrocuted. And for the whole month I had die off every single day. Therefore, I say, stick with Humaworm!
