In your case, I would doubt it very much. This is something which occurs with people in areas where the exposure levels to parasites are very high--usually through food and water contamination from animal\human waste. This is called epidimiological desease, in reference to diseases which affect a certain population like a village community in West Africa, for example.

Having said that, it is still possible to experience a worm exit from your body while still alive. There is nothing to fear about this. The experience is a natural event in infected animals/humans and can cause a chronic illness to resolve itself, if the host is lucky enough.
The removal of the larger parasites is a preliminary event which should be followed through with vigilance. As with most infestations, there are co-factors which will take longer to get rid of.
