Not At All

You can deny Jesus’ very words and believe the Nicene Creed (the teachings of man) if you want. You won’t go to hell for it, but if you condemn others who don’t believe what you do, you only condemn yourself. There are over 100 verses showing Jesus was not God in just the New Testament.

Also not one of you will even talk about the Nicene Creed. Why is that? It was funny when Nick Romney was talking about his faith on TV today and he said There are denominations that follow the Nicene Creed, but he doesn't. That was on national TV today. There is no debate on this topic. It's over. It's been over for over a thousand years now. The truth is in the open for all eyes to see. The ones who don't see it are the ones who refuse to look.

Sadly those who use the verse John 8:58 to show Jesus was God, show they haven't learned from the mistakes made by those who wanted to stone Jesus that day, and as Jesus said, they are not his sheep. Plus they ignore the several other statements Jesus said that day that show he is not God.

Now read what Jesus said, not what man said a few hundred years later.

John 10:23-36 23and Jesus was in the temple area, walking in Solomon’s Colonnade. 24The Jews gathered around him, saying, “How long will you keep us in suspense? If you are the Christ, tell us plainly.”
25Jesus answered, “I did tell you, but you do not believe. The miracles I do in my Father’s name speak for me, 26but you do not believe because you are not my sheep. 27My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. 28I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand. 29My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand. 30I and the Father are one.”
31Again the Jews picked up stones to stone him, 32but Jesus said to them, “I have shown you many great miracles from the Father. For which of these do you stone me?”
33"We are not stoning you for any of these,” replied the Jews, “but for blasphemy, because you, a mere man, claim to be God.”
34Jesus answered them, “Is it not written in your Law, `I have said you are gods’? 35If he called them `gods’ to whom the word of God came — and the scripture cannot be broken — 36what about one whom the Father set apart as his very own and sent into the world? Why then do you accuse me of blasphemy because I said, `I am God’s Son’?”

John 20:17 - "I ascend to My Father and to your Father, to My God and to your God." How can the Father be His 'God' if Christ is God? How can God have a God?"

Matthew 27:46 & Mark 15:34 And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? 47 Some of them that stood there, when they heard that, said, This man calleth for Elias.

Mark 10:18 & Luke 18:19 And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God.

Mark 16:19 So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.

Luke 6:12 And it came to pass in those days, that he went out into a mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God.

John 3:2 The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.

John 8:42 Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me.

John 8:54 Jesus answered, If I honour myself, my honour is nothing: it is my Father that honoureth me; of whom ye say, that he is your God: 55Yet ye have not known him; but I know him: and if I should say, I know him not, I shall be a liar like unto you: but I know him, and keep his saying.

John 9:3 Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him. 4I must work the works of him that sent me

John 13:31 Therefore, when he was gone out, Jesus said, Now is the Son of man glorified, and God is glorified in him. 32If God be glorified in him, God shall also glorify him in himself, and shall straightway glorify him.

John 14:28 - Jesus says, "The Father is greater than I."

John 17:2 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.

John 20:17 Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.
