I reccomend twice a year herbal deworming for everyone--- no matter where you live.

Black walnut, Wormwood , and cloves are effective against different stages of parasites, and believe it or not, most people do pick up the occasional fluke worm, or round worm very easily, wether or not they are very sanitary or live in slum conditions. Maintenance is good throughout life for all of us. Raw garlic does really kill many a parasite, as well as cold and flu germ as well, so it is good you like raw garlic!

I never knew I had sheep fluke worm until I did a Colon Cleanse once, and saw them in my stools. First I saw their eggs (identified through scientific photos) then the actual sheep fluke worms. Because I was so freaked out by finding the eggs, that I kept on colon cleansing for an entire month to get them all out of me. I studied sheep fluke afterwards, and found out how humans can become infected. This studying led me to find out about Dr. Hulda Clark through MH over at the Barefoot Herbalist forum. I no longer have sheep fluke worm, but after I began parasite cleansing and doing liver cleanses, I found I did also have liver fluke worm. Sheep fluke worm are black slug looking things, and liver fluke worms are similar, but reddish coral orange to dull tan.

I had no bad effects by herbal deworming, and it is alot more gentler on your system than a chemical Antibiotic is.

I reccomend Barefoot Herbalist's Dewormer or Humaworm's dewormer. They are all pure herbs with no fillers and chemicals added.

Colon cleansing is important while deworming, because dead worms can make you constipated as their dead bodies can plug up the eliminatory channels. Cascara Sagrada herb, a very good Colon Cleanse herb, is gentler on the colon and does not create dependency., so I reccomend you also take Cascara sagrada herb while you are parasite cleansing. Cascara sagrada also has the benefit of toning up the muscles near the colon that flex to allow bowel movements.

Barefoot Herbalist sells "LOwer Bowel Balance" which has organic home grown full strength cascara sagrada herb in it. Humaworm can make his dewormer with good organic cascara herb added in it already too,. He also adds senna, but senna may be too harsh for many people. He is very cool about leaving it out and only using the cascara sagrada herb if you prefer.
