Thanks. I like your comments. However, I'm about one week into a three week regiman of a parasite cleanse, so I'll keep that up. I liked Glaxony's logic that I've already started, and would probably just induce a rapid response if I stopped (not his words).

The past three weeks I've been cleaning up my diet, exercising, and will continue to drink enough water to float a battleship. Hopefully I can keep it up. I will work on preparing for a liver flush. Getting the stuff out I've put through my system the past 57 years would probably have a desirable effect. I will also research the metals cleanse.

To be perfectly honest, the few things I've done the past few weeks have had such a positive improvement in my mental, emotional, and energy levels that I'm wanting to blast ahead at full steam on everything. However, I've read enough on the various forums now to realize things can go down hill pretty rapidly if one does not take the time to understand what they are really doing.
