what I would do if I had no symptoms of parasitic infection is... diet clean up, bowel cleanse, liver flush. these 3 things first, which could take months to do, then I'd look into kidney cleanse and getting metals out. parasite cleansing would be farther down the road.

just my opinion, but without any parasites making their nasty selves known, or causing any symptoms...then whatever ones are there are being held in check by your system fairly well, and the populations are not large.

when infection is a problem, you know it.

once the bowel and liver are extensively unclogged, then if a parasite cleanse is done, the risk of scattering, is very low. although, without body congestion, and if keeping a healthy Diet and anti-parasitic foods, you may not need much of a parasite cleanse by this point.
