The directions are a good place to start. I have digestive problems, not as bad as this past summer though!

I started with what the Bragg's bottle suggests this past summer. After my mini liver flush/cleanses (that were combined with a Colon Cleanse and paranil parasite cleanse), a Master Cleanse, a couple of Clark liver cleanses, humaworm parasite cleanse, two more Liver Flushes my digestion is much better! I'm not where I want to be but I know that I am on the road to better health...

I started a few months ago mixing up 32 ounces of water with about 1/4 or so of Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar with some grade B maple syrup (don't really measure the syrup but it's not 1/4 of a cup). I then pour half a glass of that mixture with half a glass of pure water. That way I have drank my 2 quarts of water a day and have helped my digestion. (this is the way that I used ACV...I think that it is good to start low and then add to your bodies tolerance).

I had heartburn really bad before I started my cleanses and the ACV. I was hospitalized with pancreatitis last October and have suffered with heartburn since that time. Was on a couple of meds for it (stopped all meds in June of this year). I don't have problems with heartburn any longer.

I know that the ACV was helpful in this as I still had the heartburn the beginning of September but since the end of September on I've not had any. Did my humaworm cleanse from the mid of October (this year) to the mid of November.
