That is so funny you saying that about craving it. I poured about two tablespoons into a half liter bottle of water and just started pounding it. I'd planned on just sipping it, but I just could not get enough of it. And then I just felt like I'd gotten my share and stopped. Apparently I really needed it.
I checked my urinary pH later and it was really high. !! That's great because I have a medical condition that is benefited by having a high urinary pH. I'm stoked. I'm going to start drinking this every day. This is an easy way to keep my pH up. Some of the other options I've been using like baking soda and calcium have their drawbacks (too much sodium and constipation respectively). I can't see any drawbacks to ACV.
