Anyone who has tendancy to be constipated should do a short Colon Cleanse prior to starting Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . I recommend any natural herbal laxative teas or pills. This will really help to avoid many detox issues and allow for faster removal of die off matter in the system.

For some reason I notice that people with parasite conditions tend to get constipated when attempting parasite cleanses...I think this relates to some defense mechanism of the parasites. They don't want to leave so they send off some chemical to cause constipation. IDK.

I'm not suggesting parasites are your issue, it could simply be a hypothyroid issue, but still something to consider.
