I've lost 5 pounds since starting Miracle-Mineral-Supplement 3 months ago. Don't laugh. That's BIG for me. From 145 to 140. I figure it was the diarrhea followed by great BMs for the rest of the time. I must have had 5 pounds of you know what. Now if only I could find those lost pounds and distribute them where I want.

Loss of appetite? I seem hungrier in the morning. I used to never eat breakfast. Now I eat a small brunch, about 2 hours after Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . Then a light lunch and a good supper. I really think I'm eating better, or at least more.

It could be a good thing for you. I've read reports where restricted calories means longer life.
