but firstly i woud get off all Sugar and all carbs

strictly veg and a little bit of protein, pref white meat.

be ready for the Sugar comedowns etc, you should be over them after around day 4.

get some pau d arco, caprylic acid,fish oil, cook you meat in coconut oil.
