Re: I'm in tears...I need some advice. Please help

Hello Pepe,
Thank you for responding as I really trust your opinion. I did SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) several times and was successful with that. I was regular before I started the cleanse. No, I didn't end the cleanse gently enough. I did extremely well during the cleanse but am embarrased to admit I didn't do so well with the come off. The first day I drank OJ all day and had a little bit of broth. The second had some more OJ and a small amount of my homemade veggie soup in order to prepare for a Christmas dinner that I couldn't get out of. Unfortunetly this restaurant didn't offer great options for me so I ate a little bit of everything(including little bits of meat, cheese and sweets), just didn't eat that much. The third day I felt fine, being a rookie and not feeling physically bad thought I could handle it. This day I stuck to my soup all day and had a little bit of coffee and then the fourth I had some eggs, but really messed up when I had a slice of pizza late in the evening. I have really learned from my first time cleansing that even if at first I feel good physically I should not over do it with food. I actually feel really guilt because I had felt very proud that I had had a very successful cleanse with some obvious great results. Now I feel that I did it all in vain.
I'll drink a whole lot of water for the next little while. Can you recommend your the best enema for my situation? Is it alright to take from high quality fibre such as Super FibreMax Plus for everyday colon cleansing from the health store? What about a SWF? Thank you for your help. Edie
