First of all relax E getting your system back to normal eliminations after no solids for prolonged periods can take some folks a little longer. The first line of defense and the biggest cause of lack of eliminations is dehydration so are you drinking lots of water?. Did you break the fast properly? What have you eaten in the last 5 days?
