Yes, I sense a lot of the same things about your safety. It is paramount. Jesus told us that we would suffer in this world and might even die, but He said it would be for the gospel, not for a manic spouse's rage. Your safety is paramount right now. What if your husband did kill you? What would happen to your girls? Their mom would be dead and their father would be a menace. I'm not trying to manipulate your emotions, but I am stating what sounds like a possible scenario and say that for your children, you MUST do the right thing, whatever that is. If you feel threatened, you HAVE to take that seriously. We cannot always hear correctly, but Jesus said that each of us are His sheep and that we hear His voice and follow Him. Don't dismiss something He may be speaking to you about. You must focus on the important things right now, which are your safety and the safety of your children. Finances should not be a concern. In this world it is everything, but you must remember that Jesus said that if our Father sees to it that the lillies of the field are clothed and the birds of the air are fed, how much more will He take care of us, but to not worry about our lives as to what we will eat or wear, for life is more than these things. If you are in danger, for goodness sakes don't keep yourself there because of money. Father, I pray for this woman in Jesus' name that you visit her in power just as you did our spiritual forefathers and mothers in the faith and grant her boldness and wisdom to know what to do and the boldness/courage to do it.
