A very difficult point that most people fail to understand. That is a statement to hang on to.
While in heavily farmed areas, minerals may be grossly imbalanced due to fertilization, pesticide and herbicide use, the sterilization of the land through the use of these products, is a much more pressing issue and most likely why, in general, organic farming produces a more nutritious product "IF" the farmer is a good steward of the land and cultivates a healthy soil environment that includes bacteria, effective micro-organisms and beneficial aerating soil life.
Biodynamic farming is a result of some small farmers understanding the above.
