sorry to hear of your troubles. I would like to add some things here you may find valuable.

first, as someone who has struggled with Depression for a long time I can tell you that I have tried multiple protocols that inititally did wonders and I was convinced I was cured, only to find the symptoms remanifest slowly over time. I suspect this is what happened to your brother.

I think that has to do with the fact that the treatment tixes the immediate biological manifestation of the disorder, thus restoring health. HOWEVER, the disorder is deeper than simple biology at times, and those deeper issues remain unresolved and thus the biological symptoms remanifest due to the continued spiritual/emotional imbalances. as much as we would like these disorders to be purely biological in nature, often they are not.

how old is your brother? schizophrenia usually is the worst in males in the mid to late twenties. sometimes it abates once the person gets into their thirties or forties.

also, dont dismiss out of hand the ability of shamans, gurus, etc to psychically molest people. this really and truly happens. predators are very good at spotting a good victim, which in this case your brother sounds like he is. so, in my humble opinon, its very possible that some form of what your brother is reporting may in fact be happening. just a thought.
