Re: Archus...

Don't worry about buying the Greenwell book. From what I have seen...the site that Turiya linked to you on the physiology of the kundalini process...is far more in depth.

Like Turiya...I, too, know nothing of this teacher. I am inclined to always keeping one eye open with 'famous' teachers, though...and that is me. It is possible that there could be some 'dark' energy there...it certainly wouldn't be the first time a 'spiritual teacher' was financially opportunistic. Your brother may be sensing this... and his fears may be magnifying and distorting it some. I have worked with people with 'paranoia'...and there is often a kernel of truth in their delusions...however great or small. And it is also possible that there is no problem with this teacher...and your brother may be making connections where none exist. I dunno.

You are questioning why your brother felt so great after the liver flush.

You wrote:

"He did the Liver Flush and boom! he called me very next day and said that he has never felt like this for a long time and all these wrong ideas and negative thoughts are gone, that he has started doing exercises everyday and now staying with his friend her family. He thanked me for saving his life. I was so excited, I went and told everybody in the family that he had cured himself."

You might want to slowly read what you wrote again...and ask yourself..."Do I really believe this is the truth?". I dunno the answer to this question. As I read it...it did not ring true to me that your brother did the liver flush...or at least gave you an accurate account of the effects...if he indeed called you the "very next day" and reported such a dramatic change. Do I believe in miracles? Yes. Absolutely. Can transformation happen in an apparent instant? Without a doubt. Is it possible that this is what happened with your brother? Yes...it is possible.

And it is also possible that your brother loves you so much...and wants to please you...that he told you what he did so that you would feel better.

Anything is possible. There can be any number of theories about why something happens.

I think the bigger question here, though, is...what to do about it? And while you may offer all sorts of information and advice to him...with much love and the best of intentions...it is ultimately for him to find his own way...on his own path. I am not saying don't pass your suggestions on to him. What I am saying is pass them on with no attachments to the outcome. Your brother is ultimately the only one that can save himself. He may need help...and you may be able to provide it for him. And it is up to him to decide what help to accept...and what to do with it.
