The cost is $1.95 for 1 oz and $2.95 for 2 oz, so it is a little pricey, but there is a savings to get 2 oz. This is a little expensive, but this is a good way to see if you can take it and if it works before you get a juicer, etc.

Since I have never taken it before I was hoping somebody that is or has used it for constipation might share their experience. I am only drinking 1 oz every day as I like to error on the side of caution. I don't think it can harm you unless you are allergic to wheat or if you over do it, because if you take too much of anything, it will have adverse effects. Anyway, thanks for replying and I hope this helps you.

So far the past six days I have started going every other day. That is a big improvement. I also have been taking some flax oil each day and going for a short walk plus I have friends praying for me. God heals, the doctor gets the money! Tweet
