Hi Everyone,
This is kind of a follow up as I didn't want to start a new thread. There is good and bad news. The good news is that I have been able to continue going every other day. I continued drinking 1
oz of wheatgrass every day except for Thanksgiving because they were closed. Today they gave me a 2
oz for the price of one which was very nice of them and I didn't have a bm yesterday, but this evening I was able to go again. So this pattern seems to be holding up so far.
The bad news is that I am still having an incomplete evacuation with a very hard stool with a little straining. When I first started drinking wheatgrass, it was much softer although still incomplete. (There was blood on the tissue the last time I took Miralax as well as incomplete and that is why I stopped taking it.) There hasn't been any blood now with the hard stool which is good, but there is hardly any stool on the tissue which seems extremely odd. Has anyone very experienced this or am I the only one?
My diet has been pretty much the same thing every day. I have been drinking 4 bottles of water plus decaf green tea and fruit juices. I am eating oatmeal and/or fruit for breakfast, soup, salad, steamed brocilli, chicken or salmon, fresh pinneapple for lunch and chicken noodle soup and/or spinach and a can of the Norway Sardines with 3 crackers for dinner. I am usually still hungry at night so I snack on dried figs, dried apricots, apples, brazil nuts and almonds. I lost my appetite for a while back and lost 15
lbs. but my weight seems to have stabized on this diet. Does anybody have a suggestion to what I doing wrong to have such a hard stool with this diet? Thanks in advance for taking the time to read this long message, as I don't know who else to ask for advice.
Rooth,
I am going to try LB17 instead of
Oxypowder . I was given two strong
Antibiotics early in the year and think that is possibly the cause of my problem.
Oxypowder gets you going but also depletes the good bacteria so be sure to take something for that.
