I just started a week ago drinking 1 oz of wheatgrass at the Jamba Juice nearby. It seems to have helped me a little with my Chronic Constipation as I have just started going every other day for the past few days. I had to use laxitives before this and I feel great that I am able to go by myself. I am thinking of getting 2 oz as maybe that might help even more. Has it helped anyone else with constipation and if so, how much do you drink on a daily basis?
