do your due diligence. ask questions even if it makes you feel stupid. the stupid ones are the ones selling it who cant answer. and trust yourself. price is not always and indicator of quality, but it can be in most cases.
MH is right in that some "pure" oils have certain percentages that they can be contaminated with other oils and still be sold as pure. price, taste, research... after a while you can take a swig off a bottle of oil and tell exactly what you have. that is the kind of experience everyone should have. we should all be connaisseurs of oils, especailly olive. bad oil is really bad for you.
