There's really no reason for you to get so upset.MH's post was quite simple and if you believe that he does not understand the mechanics of oil pulling,you should explain how it works along with your personal experiences.

Apparently MH is interested in it so instead of bashing him back for what you to believe to be his bashing of oil pulling,help him out.
