Re: Goji berries cured my hypoglycemia quickly and permanently
This is an interesting question, because there is considerable debate as to what is a high protein diet. I tend to steer towards:
High Protein and Cycled Carbohydrate (HiPaCC diet)
http://www.hipacc.org/entry.asp
But I also believe that ANY diet must be adjusted to the individual needs of the person . We are all biochemically different. We need to take into account allergies,
food sensitivities , unique digestive problems and of course insulin resistance.
Thus the trick is to find a diet that is suitable to you and not necessarily to anyone else. This is why I believe if problems persist we need the advice from specialists who are able to do the necessary tests to find nutritional preferences.
I have a file called
“Finding your Allergies” at:
http://www.hypoglycemia.asn.au/articles/finding_your_allergies.html
that helps people to find the right diet by experimentation and recording of daily food diary.
