When you go on the hypoglycemic diet, the hunger pangs are usually Sugar cravings. This is because you have insulin resistance and therefore the body is not absorbing and using the sugars for energy purposes. The unused Sugar is usually accumulated in fat cells causing obesity.
You should increase the number of small HIGH PROTEIN snacks and also take GLYCERINE. In fact you should not feel hungry. Take GLYCERINE, it is metabolized into glucose via the liver and does not trigger an insulin response.
In other words try to get your energy from non-sugar sources such as high proteins.
