I'm trying to figure this out too, jfh.

In the past, I didnt drink my swill right with a meal, but because of the highly alkaline nature of it interefering with stomach acid. This is not such an issue with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement because it is much more acidic.

I have tried mixing Miracle-Mineral-Supplement right into my "grasswater" (also known as "swampwater"), and it doesnt seem to oxidize the mix. On the other hand, if I put H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) drops into the same stuff, there is a noticeable reaction which I believe is oxidation occuring, and I don't drink it :).

Since Humble advocates drinking with juice, I can't believe that he thinks that it is oxidizing the organics in the juice. Also, I believe I have seen somewhere that he actually recommends drinking Miracle-Mineral-Supplement after eating if nausea is a problem, but I havent found any such reference yet. On the other hand, he says to avoid Vit C ... which would counteract oxidation ... hmmm.

I do know for sure that somewhere he does recommend sipping an MMS mix all day long as an alternative protocol, possibly an even better way to go, but I havent yet found that reference either. Sipping all day would be impossible to avoid food altogether.

But I am not convinced yet that this mix MUST stay away from organics/food. Of course, when someone overdoes it, like I did on drops the other day, anything that is in the stomach will come up due to the nausea ... LOL

I have actually written to Humble asking him to clarify on this point, but I have not heard back yet.
