I'm the same as you guys on curiosity about timing. The only timing I've read from Humble is to take it before bed and upon arising. My dosage is first thing in the morning and also about 10:30 PM, which is about 4 hours after my last food.

I feel comfortable if I keep it 2 hours away from food in both directions. That way, I feel that the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement does not have to compete with something in the stomach. Just a feeling. I wonder what the protocol is for all those users of Stabilized Oxygen, like ldsfireguy. Tweet
